Eternal Robotics Private Limited (the “ER”) is thrilled to announce the signing of the MOU with ADR Capital Participações S/A (“ADR Capital). The MOU comes into effect from 15th June 2021.

This MOU formalises the mutual interaction and strengthens the existing relationship between ER and ADR Capital at the strategic and operational levels, focus on:

1. To plan, develop and implement a joint business operation in Brazil in the Robotics/Technology Sector.
2. To prepare a Business Plan with Services to be provided and main Target Segments
3. To elaborate the Initial Budget, Entry Model Strategy, and JV
4. To develop Fund Raising and Client Acquisition activities targeting new investors and clients to ER new products and projects.
