The company and the board welcome the new members Mr. S Arun (Chairman), Mr. Candido Carrera da Costa and Mr. Raul Geraldes Silva. The total number of members in the board are now four.

Mr. Sunil Kumar Singh - Founder and Director
Sunil Kumar Singh is the Founder and Director of the Board of Mojay Holding.
He has worked for 18 years in the technology sector.
A prolific entrepreneur, businessman, consultant, thinker, and founder of companies committed to the creation and advancement of new industries leveraging cutting-edge technology such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, blockchain, and others. He is one of the early proponents of blockchain-enabled technology.
His years of experience come to bear, as he is the driving force for the firm's strategic growth.
He is guiding the business to establish a growing portfolio of successful firms that are at the cutting edge of technology in various industries.
Sunil is an innovative thinker with a keen eye for new and niche business opportunities. He sets his sight to leaving a legacy in a variety of industries. His major objective is to provide the desired results to clients and stakeholders.
Mr. S R Arun - Chairman of the Board
Arun’s corporate practice includes advising venture capital, private equity, and investment funds and has developed the capital markets group which specializes in public offerings in India and abroad.
He has extensive experience working with public markets and stock exchanges across the world and has advised numerous companies in accessing the Indian capital markets through FPOs (Further Public Offerings, IPOs (Initial Public Offerings), FPOs (Further Public Offerings), rights issues and QIPs (Qualified Institutional Placements) as well as acquisition of share governed by the SEBI SAST Code.
In the recent past Arun has been working with companies seeking to access the markets on DFX (Dubai Stock Exchange), Tokyo MOTHERS (Market Of The High-growth and Emerging Stocks) and SGX (Singapore Stock Exchange).
The Chambers Partners and Asia Legal 500 rate him as one the leading practitioners in his areas of practice.
Mr. Candido Carrera Da Costa - Director
As Country Manager of Microsoft Luxembourg for more than 10 Years, he has helped many public & private organizations, partners and individuals to get the most from digitalization. He is currently serving as a Board Member of the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST). Candi has an extensive experience of 20+ Years working with Major Groups. His core competencies include Operations, Management & Business Analysis.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Candi worked for eBRC as Director of Operations and for Telindus Luxembourg as the Director of Consulting & Engineering Services. Earlier he served as General Manager for CF6 Luxembourg, a Telindus subsidiary specialized in cybersecurity for four years.
In order to support entrepreneurship in Luxembourg, he has been for 10 years business mentor in the Business mentoring GIE programme and also since 2018 a founding mentor in the University of Luxembourg Venture Mentoring programme.
He holds a master’s in business administration from University of Lorraine, France and has full professional proficiency in English, French & German.
Mr. Raul Silva - Managing Director & CEO
Raul is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Board of Mojay Holding, an Investment Holding Company based in the DIFC – Dubai International Financial Centre.
Raul has +25 years of accumulated experience, including +18 years as CEO of various companies, financial institutions, and investment funds in Dubai, Hong Kong, South Korea, Brazil, Portugal and Angola.
An experienced CEO, Raul has led one Investment Bank, three Asset Management Companies, one Insurance Company, one Consulting Firm, two Trading Companies, three Fashion Retailers, one Real State Company, one Farm & Food Company, and two Local Development Agencies.
His fields of expertise include Corporate Management at Senior Level (as CEO & Director), Investment Funds, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring and Project Finance. Raul has led and supervised the setup of several Companies and Investment Funds, structured M&A and Project Finance deals across different sectors such as Real Estate, Financial Services, Retail, Agriculture, Food, Manufacturing, Energy and Hospitality for Private Companies, Financial Institutions and Government Clients.
Raul has developed business activities in 20 different countries across Asia, Africa, Europe, and Latin America.
He is Portuguese and fluently communicates in English, Portuguese, Spanish and French. Raul holds an MBA at IGIA – ESSEC (France), a High Degree in Business Administration by the Portuguese Catholic University, and a Diploma in Corporate Finance by Columbia Business School in New York.
