Brian’s extensive knowledge spans corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), data privacy, intellectual property (IP) strategy, and corporate structuring. His proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia makes him a vital addition to our leadership team. Previously, Brian held senior legal roles at Unifonic and Property Finder, earning recognition on The Legal 500 Middle East GC Power List from 2019 to 2024.
